  searchByExpressionData :: search, order and fileter Drosophila gene expression images from FlyTED and BDGP using the tissue-specific expression data from FlyAtlas.

• Search for Herbs for a Given Disease

  searchTCMByDiseaseName :: search for information about herbs associated with a disease from RDF-TCMGeneDIT, Diseasome, LinkedCT, and DBpedia.

  This application allows one to search for information about alternative medicines associated with a given disease, in terms of its putative effects, associated genes and relating clinical trials, from different databases accessible through SPARQL endpoints. News: we are using the SAPRQL endpoint powered by Linked Life Data project for some of our queries.

  searchForAtags :: search for aTags about herbs. aTags provide additonal knowledge about a herb gathered using aTags generator
